Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- All orders are shipped via Purolator Express.
- Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 1–2 business days after processing
- Canada: 1–2 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing (for Canadian orders), weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VelouriS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and your neighbors first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at hello@velouris.us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@velouris.us — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@velouris.us with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
