You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@velouris.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free — VelouriS covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within the 30-day window.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
• Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
• Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@velouris.us within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Late or Missing Refunds
